Shipping Policy:

ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at contact@gottheshirts.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

RETURNS POLICY:

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras. 

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@gottheshirts.com

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time at contact@gottheshirts.com

WRONG SIZE:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll let you know what to do next.
